BoyerScales LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when interacting with our services, websites, and communication systems.
Information is used solely to provide requested services, including communication handling, appointment scheduling, customer support operations, and automation services performed on behalf of client businesses.
By submitting any form on any BoyerScales LLC website or web property — including but not limited to contact forms, inquiry forms, onboarding forms, demo request forms, and lead capture forms — you acknowledge and agree that BoyerScales LLC may contact you regarding your inquiry or request. This contact may occur via email, phone call, or SMS text message.
By submitting a form, you expressly consent to be contacted by BoyerScales LLC through automated or manual means, including automated SMS messages sent via an A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging system, in connection with your inquiry, requested services, or ongoing business relationship. This consent applies to all forms across all BoyerScales LLC web properties. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
If you do not wish to be contacted by SMS, you may leave the phone number field blank (where optional), decline verbally during a call, or opt out at any time after receiving your first message by replying STOP.
For client businesses (e.g., Jody's Mobile Detailing, Fez Aura Auto Spa) that use our AI receptionist platform, consent to receive SMS messages may be obtained verbally during an inbound phone call placed by the end user to the business. When a caller's need isn't resolved during the call, the AI receptionist asks whether the caller would like a text follow-up. Before any consent is given, the AI receptionist states the following disclosure:
"Would you like a text follow-up from [Business Name]? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help."
A text message is sent only if the caller verbally confirms yes after hearing this disclosure. This verbal consent exchange is captured in the call recording and transcript, timestamped, tied to the caller's phone number, and logged against the call record before any message is sent. Consent records are retained and available for compliance verification.
This verbal confirmation, given after the disclosure above, constitutes prior express consent to receive automated SMS messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA guidelines governing A2P 10DLC messaging.
Program Name. BoyerScales Customer Communications Program — used to send call follow-ups, appointment booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and review requests on behalf of BoyerScales LLC and its client businesses.
Consent to receive automated SMS messages is obtained either (a) by submitting your phone number through a BoyerScales LLC form after agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, or (b) by verbally confirming during a phone call with a BoyerScales LLC client business, after hearing the disclosure described in the Verbal Opt-In section above, that you would like to receive a text message. Both methods constitute prior express consent to receive automated SMS messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA guidelines.
Message Types. Messages sent may include: responses to your inquiry, follow-up communications related to your call or request, appointment confirmations or reminders, review requests, and customer care communications related to services you have requested.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction and the nature of your request. You will not receive messages unrelated to your inquiry or service.
Message & Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

No Sharing of Mobile Information. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and aggregators acting solely on our behalf to deliver messages.
All automated A2P messaging initiated through BoyerScales LLC systems operates only after prior express consent has been obtained from the end user, in accordance with applicable TCPA, CTIA, and carrier guidelines governing A2P 10DLC messaging.
Calls placed to or received by BoyerScales LLC client businesses through our AI receptionist platform may be recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are used for quality assurance, service delivery, and compliance verification — including verifying that consent to receive SMS messages was obtained during the call.
By engaging with the AI receptionist during a phone call, you consent to that call being recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are retained securely, tied to the caller's phone number for compliance purposes, and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be processed by trusted service providers solely for delivering contracted services. All personal data categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We implement administrative, technical, and security safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access or misuse.
