These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by BoyerScales LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, submitting any form on our website, or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
BoyerScales LLC provides communication automation systems, AI receptionist services, appointment scheduling systems, messaging automation tools, and operational workflow services for businesses.
BoyerScales LLC provides messaging systems that are configured to operate only after proper user consent has been obtained. Clients using our services are expected to comply with applicable messaging regulations, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.
By submitting any form on any BoyerScales LLC website or web property — including but not limited to contact forms, inquiry forms, onboarding forms, demo request forms, and lead capture forms — you acknowledge and agree that BoyerScales LLC may contact you regarding your inquiry or request. This contact may occur via email, phone call, or SMS text message.
By submitting a form and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you expressly provide prior express written consent for BoyerScales LLC to contact you using automated or manual means, including automated SMS messages sent via an A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging system, in connection with your inquiry, requested services, or ongoing business relationship. This consent applies to all forms across all BoyerScales LLC web properties.
If you do not wish to be contacted by SMS, you may leave the phone number field blank where it is optional, or opt out at any time after receiving your first message by replying STOP.
Client and customer data is processed only for service delivery purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
BoyerScales LLC is not liable for damages resulting from improper client use of messaging systems or failure to obtain proper customer consent.
By submitting your phone number through any BoyerScales LLC form — including any form that references these Terms and Conditions or includes an SMS consent disclosure — you expressly agree to receive SMS text messages from BoyerScales LLC delivered via an A2P (Application-to-Person) automated messaging system.
Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and providing your phone number on any BoyerScales LLC form constitutes prior express written consent as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines governing A2P 10DLC messaging programs.
Message Types. Messages may include: responses to your inquiry, follow-up communications related to your request, appointment confirmations or reminders, and customer care communications related to services you have requested.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction and the nature of your request. You will not receive messages unrelated to your inquiry or service. Messages are not used for promotional or unsolicited marketing purposes.
Message & Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

No Sharing. Phone numbers collected through BoyerScales LLC web properties are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent obtained by BoyerScales LLC is not transferable.
